My Kimono Dressing Website Is Now Live!
I’m excited to announce that my kimono dressing website, Kimono Moment, is now officially live!
This space was created to share my passion for kimono and help more people—both in Japan and from around the world—experience the joy and beauty of wearing traditional Japanese clothing. Whether you’re preparing for a formal event like a wedding or graduation or just want to stroll through Tokyo in kimono for the first time, I’m here to help.
On this site, you’ll find:
- Kimono dressing services for a wide range of occasions
- Information on different kimono types and what to wear when
- Kimono shopping support, especially useful for those who want to purchase or rent kimono online but struggle with Japanese websites
- A list of recommended photographers for those looking to capture their kimono moment
I offer on-location dressing throughout Tokyo and Saitama (and occasionally beyond), and I also work out of a location in Asakusa for those who prefer a set studio-style space.
This has been a long time in the making, and I’m so grateful to everyone who encouraged me to take this step. I hope this site makes kimono more approachable, more enjoyable, and something you’ll want to come back to again and again.
If you have any questions, or you’d like to book a session, please don’t hesitate to reach out through the Contact Me page.
Thank you for visiting, and I hope to dress you soon!
